Typically we will complete a site survey prior to your event and create a contract based upon the agreed requirements. You will be asked to Sign and accept the contract schedule and our general Terms & Conditions at least 7 days prior to the event.
Sound System Solutions will provide the following services at the quoted rates: Operating time with technician including rental of equipment £25.00/hr Setup time £25.00/hr
Tear-down time £25.00/hr
Consulting time and resulting engineering time £25.00/hr
Travel time: free. Travel distance £0.60/mile (total round trip)
Per diem if required £80.00/day
Important terms of our agreement, which must be read and signed at least 7 days prior.
2 Set Up & Tear-down time is charged out at the standard rate (as above).
3 Time Slots must be normally be booked a minimum of 14days in advance (except where mutually agreed).
4 Time Slots are typically booked in 4-hour blocks with a half hour break.
5 The operational time will start once the sound check is complete, regardless of whether you are present or not.
6 Event start and end times must be specified during the booking process.
7 Sound System Solutions is not responsible for incorrect event information.
8 Incomplete event details will not be considered as authentic.
9 The Client will provide an event management point of contact and mobile phone number
10 The Client agrees to follow the direction of Sound System Solutions in regard to equipment related public safety.
11 The client agrees to complete any required PRS licensing, or specify license free music. Asistance can be provided.
Cancellations Terms & Costs Cancellations of events must be reported within 3 working days of the start or you will be charged at 50%.
(except at the discretion of Sound System Solutions)
Cancellation of consulting projects must be reported within 10 working days are will be subject to a minimum charge as defined in the contract schedule Users Particular Responsibilities
You are responsible for all damage caused to our property.
You will pay the full replacement (or repair) cost of damaged item(s)
The end-user/event management agrees to follow the direction of Sound System Solutions in regard to equipment related public safety.
The user will complete any required PRS licensing prior to the event, or specify license free music. |
